First, we recommend you read who or what is God in scripture? 

The one born of a virgin is called Immanuel (H410 אֵל ‘el (ale) = meaning “God with us” – see Matt 1:23).

Therefore the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

The witness (John the Baptist) said He is coming.
It was prophesied that we must make a way for our God. It is written.

The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.

In the New Testament revealed – The prophecy fulfilled by the mouth of John. It is written.

And he came into all the country about Jordan, preaching the baptism of repentance for the remission of sins; 4 As it is written in the book of the words of Esaias the prophet, saying, The voice of one crying in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make his paths straight

Yeshua calls Himself the “I AM“
(Exod 3:14 [KJV])
And God said unto Moses, I AM THAT I AM: and he said, Thus shalt thou say unto the children of Israel, I AM hath sent me unto you.

In the New Testament revealed – He says to the men, “I AM”. Note, before Abraham lived, Yeshua existed. 
(John 8:58 [KJV])
Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Before Abraham was, I am.

In the New Testament revealed – When Yeshua spoke the words I AM to the men (the word “he” was added by the translators, it was not in the original text), they fell down to the ground (His power, the power of the I AM was revealed).

As soon then as he had said unto them, I am he, they went backward, and fell to the ground.

One of Yeshua’s titles is “Mighty God”. His original form was God.
(Isa 9:6 [KJV])
For unto us a child is born (Yeshua), unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

(Deut 7:21 [KJV])
Thou shalt not be affrighted at them: for the LORD thy God is among you, a mighty God and terrible.

(Ps 50:1 [KJV])
A Psalm of Asaph. The mighty God, even the LORD, hath spoken, and called the earth from the rising of the sun unto the going down thereof.

In the New Testament revealed – The word form (G3444 μορφή morphe (mor-fee’) n. 1. form. 2. (intrinsically) fundamental nature.) speaks to His nature/essence or makeup. The word equal (G2470 ἴσος isos (iy’-sos) adj. similar (in amount and kind).) speaks to His position in relation to God. He is God, the Mighty God.

Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God:

NOW WE TURN TO WHAT THE APOSTLES SAID ABOUT OUR KING.

He is the Word and He is God. EVERYTHING was made by Him (Yeshua).
(John 1:13 [KJV])
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. 2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

He was in the world, and the world was made by him, and the world knew him not.

His son made the worlds (REM: Before Abraham was, I AM). It is written.

God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets, 2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he (his Son) made the worlds; 3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;

WORSHIP IS DIRECTED ONLY TO GOD. Yeshua stopped no one from worshipping Him. 
When Yeshua was a baby the wise men were wise enough to know that He should be worshipped. It is written.
(Matt 2:1 [KJV])
Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, 2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.

The angels of God worship Him. It is written.
(Heb 1:6 [KJV])
And again, when he bringeth in the firstbegotten (Yeshua) into the world, he saith, And let all the angels of God worship him.

The Father calls Him God.
(Heb 1:8 [KJV])
But unto the Son he saith, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a sceptre of righteousness is the sceptre of thy kingdom.

PEOPLE TODAY TEACH THAT YESHUA IS NOT GOD. Let us look at what the men in His time believed when He spoke to them. You will see that they were so clear in their minds as to what He meant they wanted to stone Him.

My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father’s hand. 30 I and my Father are one (one in nature, mind, and way). 31 Then the Jews took up stones again to stone him. 32 Jesus answered them, Many good works have I shewed you from my Father; for which of those works do ye stone me? 33 The Jews answered him, saying, For a good work we stone thee not; but for blasphemy; and because that thou, being a man, makest thyself God.
