ON
WHY DID GOD INSTRUCT THE KILLING OF BABIES?
(1Sam 15:3 [KJV])
Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.

What happens to the babies of enemy nations that Israel utterly destroyed?
Why did God order Israel to unilaterally destroy some nations in the Old Testament (OT)?
(1Sam 15:3 [KJV])
Now go and smite Amalek, and utterly destroy all that they have, and spare them not; but slay both man and woman, infant and suckling, ox and sheep, camel and ass.
God does not want corruption in His created world. He UTTERLY destroys people who are in deep sin and, by extension, anything that is created by it (eg. the giants were human beings corrupted by DNA manipulation).
Q.
Why does He destroy sin?
A.
Sin leads to death. Also, if left alone, it leads to death.
(Rom 6:23 [KJV])
For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Again, TTGM is only considering a sinful nation with no DNA pollution. A sinful nation is a nation of death that stands under the judgment of God.
All WICKED adult men and women that abide in sin are destroyed by Israel in the OT. NOW, what happens to their INNOCENT children?
1. Does Israel place them in a welfare program?
2. With all the wicked adults gone, should the thousands of innocent and orphaned children be placed in an adoption agency?
3. Maybe God has a solution?
4. Allowing these wicked people to continue to breed and grow IS NOT A SOLUTION.
God’s Mercy:
When God is faced with an impossible situation, His mercy and wisdom come through. What is His mercy and wisdom? He could not just destroy the wicked adults and leave the children to fend for themselves. In a few days the wild beasts and vultures will be having their way with the children. God’s mercy gives them an escape. After being killed, with their innocence, they would go straight to God’s glory and be safe in the everlasting arms of God.

Note: People who have had near-death experiences have come back and said that they saw children who grew up in heaven after being aborted while still in the womb. This observation confirms God’s mercy.
