THE FEMINIST IDEOLOGY
Since the ideology of the feminist movement was formed, women moved from Biblical submission and ushered in “equal rights”. This ideology brought the single greatest change to family relationships. Today, more women are focused on starting a career than traditionally preparing themselves to be found by a good man, submitting to him, and having his children. What has this done? The birth rate in western countries has fallen drastically, and interestingly if it continues the feminist movement will become extinct along with the western culture that embraced this ideology. Why? Western women are having fewer children; the birth rate now stands at under 2 children per couple. Also, the divorce rate is upwards of 60%, and what we find is that 80% of women initiate these divorces before the law courts – See Presentation 1 on this page that goes into our low birth rates. Women now rule (lead) in every area of life that was once dominated by men, and we find this scripture is being fulfilled in our time. It is written.

As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead (women) thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.

In this epistle, the Apostel Paul warned us about women usurping authority over the man. It is written.

But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

BIBLICAL SUBMISSION
TTGM will first look at the Greek word for “submit” and then we will examine from scripture the examples of submission shown by men and women of God. WARNING: We know that hardcore feminists will find this study repulsive. This study is for the men and women that want to live godly lives in the face of God, and in doing this, they will hear the words, “enter in, thou good and faithful servant”.

THE ORDER OF THINGS:
Every organization must have a structure or reporting relationship in order to function. In business, we have managers, supervisors, and employees. In sports teams, we have Managers, coaches, captains, and players. In the army, we have generals, lieutenants, sergeants, and grunts. It is no different in God’s creation; every organization must have an order of authority. Two-headed leadership is not ideal and God’s word does not prescribe to this. 

What is the “reporting” relationship in the family of man and God? It is written.

But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God.

EXAMPLES OF SUBMISSION TO THEIR HEAD:
Christ’s head is God. God the Father instructed our Lord Yeshua His Son to go to His death. Did Yeshua submit in obedience or did He rebel? It is written.

Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done.

The Man’s head is Christ/Word/God. The Word instructed Abraham to kill his son Isaac. Did Abraham submit in obedience or did he rebel? It is written.

And he (God) said, Take now thy son, thine only son Isaac, whom thou lovest, and get thee into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering upon one of the mountains which I will tell thee of. 3 And Abraham rose up early in the morning, and saddled his ass, and took two of his young men with him, and Isaac his son, and clave the wood for the burnt offering, and rose up, and went unto the place of which God had told him.

The Woman’s head is the Man. Abraham instructed His woman* Sarah indirectly to say to the king he (Abraham) is her brother. Did Sarah submit in obedience or did she rebel? It is written.

Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this.

EXAMPLE OF REBELLION TO A HEAD:
In scripture, ALL the godly men and women submitted to their head’s instructions, EVEN IN ADVERSE CIRCUMSTANCES. However, there is one instance of rebellion we will make note of here. We make mention of it because it shows what could happen to a person that did not submit to their head (rebellion). The King only requested that queen Vashti showed herself. It is written.

But the queen Vashti refused to come at the king’s commandment by his chamberlains: therefore was the king very wroth, and his anger burned in him.

Here is the recommended judgment that was given to the king by the WISE MEN (Esth 1:13).

If it please the king, let there go a royal commandment from him, and let it be written among the laws of the Persians and the Medes, that it be not altered, That Vashti come no more before king Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal estate unto another that is better than she.

CONCLUSION:
In business, if you do not submit to your supervisor’s instructions, you will get fired.  In marriage, if you do not submit to your king’s instruction you will get banished and you will lose everything you have. With God, if you do not submit to His instructions/commandments, He will say to you, “depart from me, ye that work iniquity”. Biblical submission is just what it says it is from the concordance, be subordinate and in obedience to your head and it will be well with you. He will say to you, “enter in thou good and faithful servant”. God’s Kingdom has no room for rebellious people. We encourage women to choose their husbands wisely. We encourage men to submit to Christ and His word completely and choose women that understand submission.
